At BRIGHTTM United States, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted for processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
